Before Sunrise

It all started at 1:00am May 25th, when I was about to go to bed. Suddendly I heard "Bang! Bang! Bang!" coming across from the street, sounded like some explosions. I looked out through the window, OMG! the house facing my apartment was on fire! I knew it's a newly-built house, just finished the decorating, waiting for a buyer, so no one lived there. The fire spreaded out from second floor to the entire house very quickly. At first I thought the neighbours live next to the firing house would call 911, but it seemed that they were all gone for Memorial day holiday weekend. It's very likely that nobody except me noticed the fire. So I picked up my cell phone and called 911 (for the first time in my life). About a minute later, six fire trucks drove into the street, following by police cars and ambulances. It took the firefighters over an hour to put out the fire. Yes, it's really a huge fire, and something in that house or the house itself was extremely inflammable.

I stayed awake until most of the fire trucks and police cars left the street, and it was almost 4:00am then. I knew I must get some sleep ASAP because I had a wedding to attend in couple of hours!!

Then it was this beautiful wedding of Adam and Ashley.

Whew! What a day!
